Q: What utilities are residents responsible for?
A: Residents are responsible for all utilities. Pacific Gas and Electric, Comcast (offering cable television and high speed internet), AT&T (offering phone service and high speed internet) and American Utility Management (water, trash and sewer is billed monthly and should not exceed $43.50 for one lessee, $58.50 for two lessee's, $68.50 for three lessee's, and $83.50 for four lessee's) are the residents responsibility.
Q: Are we pet friendly?
A: YES! Residents are allowed two pets per apartment home with an additional security deposit of $250.00 and pet rent per month. Sterling Heights does have a canine breed restriction list, but does not have a pound limit. Veterinarian canine breed verification required. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
Q: Do the apartment homes come with assigned parking?
A: All apartment homes come with one assigned carport. There is ample parking for extra cars and guests.
Q: Do we offer short term leases?
A: Sterling Heights always offers 12 month leases and shorter terms leases that change on a monthly basis. The shortest lease term we may offer, depending on your move-in date, is 3 months. Month to Month leases are offered only after residents fulfill their initial lease term with a $150.00 premium.
Q: Do all apartments come with a washer and dryer or hook-ups?
A: Yes! A full size washer and dryer are included in most apartment homes, but will very depending upon availability.
Q: Does the leasing office accept packages for Sterling Heights Residents?
A: Yes!
Q: Does Sterling Heights hold resident events to get to know your neighbors?
A: Yes! Sterling Heights holds an annual barbeque at the pool area. In addition, there are monthly resident functions.
Q: Do you provide rental furniture?
A: Yes! We’ve partnered with Brook Furniture Rental to provide this for our residents that are interested. Please visit their website at www.bfr.com. |
